Why do I need an invite code?

ConvertFlow is in invite-only beta while we scale our conversion infrastructure and keep quality high. Codes are released to waitlist members in limited batches. If your code is rejected, it may have expired or already been used — join the waitlist from the sign-up page to receive a fresh one.

Which formats are supported?

Over 200 formats across images (JPG, PNG, WEBP, AVIF, HEIC, TIFF, RAW), documents (PDF, DOCX, XLSX, EPUB), audio (MP3, WAV, FLAC, AAC) and video (MP4, MOV, WEBM, MKV). New formats are added every month.

What happens to my files?

Files are encrypted in transit, processed in isolated workers, and permanently deleted minutes after your conversion completes. We never inspect, share, or train models on your content.

How large can my files be?

Free accounts support files up to 200 MB. Pro raises this to 2 GB, and Business to 20 GB per file, with batch processing on every paid tier.

Is there an API?

Yes. Pro and Business plans include a REST API, webhooks, and a cross-platform CLI so you can automate conversions inside your own pipelines. Documentation is available from your dashboard after sign-in.

Can I cancel anytime?

Absolutely. Manage or cancel your subscription from your dashboard at any time. Paid plans come with a 14-day money-back guarantee.
